Digital bridge camp at Devlali near Nashik

September 17, 2007

I am blogging this as a part of the Digital bridge camp at Devlali near Nashik in India. The camp started today (17th Sept 2007), and will go on for five more days. The day started with detailed introductions of the various participants. The participants are mostly from NGO’s from different parts of India. The camp is organized by Comet Media Foundation.  The camp is focusing on providing training to participants from voluntary organizations.  I will be spending two days here and share with the participants about free software, wiki culture, need for open standards, localization of software in Indian languages and structured documentation.
